Kyle Shultz

Kyle Shultz is a technical support specialist at Kno2 since March 2023 and serves as a project engineer in quality assurance at Healthwise, beginning in May 2022. In this role, Kyle has led manual testing for the 'Consumer Experience' application, developed automated UI tests using Selenium and Playwright, and performed various testing processes across multiple products. Prior experience includes a quality assurance internship at Healthwise, where Kyle assisted with testing and issue resolution, as well as instructional roles in STEM education and customer service positions at Intuit, Exclusive Wireless, and Lowells Restaurant. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Washington State University.
