Healthy Busy Life is a company founded by Francesca Deane, an international Health and High-Performance coach who serves hundreds of high-achieving women achieve their next level in every area of their life - from wellness to career, from business to relationships. 

Francesca has a Bs and MSc in Business Economics and, for over 8 years, worked in consulting and corporate finance for top-tier multinational companies, including PwC and Live National Entertainment.

Her deep understanding of the corporate world is what makes her support unique to corporate professional women. Through a holistic, step-by-step approach, she helps overcome the main challenges high-achieving women face when it comes to implementing a lifestyle and a mindset that not only supports their performance at work, therefore allowing them to grow professionally, but also helps them feel energized, manage stress and maintain an adequate life-work balance so they can ultimately achieve overall success.
