The Healthy Homes Checklist (HHC) is an assessment tool and consumer-accessible database created to help developers, designers and decision-makers to assess, improve and showcase how their homes support human health. Like and EPC, for health.

It can be used at any RIBA design stage or retrospectively, whether you’re creating a small development or a large-scale masterplan, refurbishment or newbuild. The Checklist helps developers, housing associations and investors to design, build and evaluate homes in relation to health and well-being.
