Healthy Inspirations provides a unique weight loss and fitness offering for women 35 to 65+.

It's the only place a women can go to get a combination of: 1. No hunger, personalised weight loss program, 2. Face-to-face weight loss program coaching & 3. a range of individual and small group exercise options - all in a small friendly women's only centre.
