We are a non-profit clinic located in Southeast Portland serving 300+ members since 2019.

What we offer: Primary care from our Naturopathic Doctor, Family Nurse Practitioner, and MD. Mental Health Counseling and Medication Management, Nutrition, and Ayurveda. 

We are accessible: As a non-profit we have never turned anyone away for lack of funds; we offer sliding-scale services; and we accept Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance.

We believe: Health is a fundamental human right and health equity occurs when everyone can attain their full potential in health and well-being.

Healthy Living Community continues to live in accordance with our mission through offering:

- Care within a collaborative, trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and equitable framework
- An accessible sliding-scale fee structure: healthcare that prioritizes people, not profit
- A holistic model that is boldly addressing social determinants of health and access to care
- A warm and caring environment
- Reasonable wait times and familiar, responsive providers
- Innovative and integrative health practitioners (behavioral health, nutrition, and Ayurvedic interns)
- Classes and events to support community health education (such as lifestyle, nutrition, movement, stress reduction, and gardening)
- Focus on wellness and prevention
- Continuing to support our Patient Care Fund that covers cost of care for members.
