One of the best things about Healthy Meals, Inc is
that we've taken both the leg work and guess work
out of you making sure you're eating a properly
balanced and proportioned meal. We've already done
all of the calculating, balancing, shopping, prepping,
proportioning, cooking and clean up for you. When
creating a menu, we make all of our meals conform to
or exceed the nutritional guidelines established by
the American Heart Association and the American
Dietetic Association.
