Retail pioneers of good food, cool training gear, fun & functional toys & natural snacks, for dogs, cats and other meat eating pets. Only good things.

Our mission is to create an engaging and welcoming shopping experience for caregivers of cats, dogs and other meat-eating animals. We promote healthy bodies with an extensive range of good food, and enriched lives with our range of animal-friendly accessories.

Our vision is to be recognised as the most approachable, most knowledgeable pet food and accessories retailer in the region and to be a cornerstone of local
communities, influencing the lives of dogs, cats and their caregivers in positive ways.

We offer competitive salaries, recognition and rewards, generous colleague discounts, car parking permit loans, and industry-leading in-house & external training all wrapped up a fast paced, knowledge-based retail environment.

We're growing, and non-stop improving, changing, adapting. Working in this environment brings its challenges and we appreciate everyone who brings solutions and above-the-line thinking. We provide access to training and development and a bursary for learner funding.

With talented Customer Advisors with animal training and retail backgrounds, efficient and focused Warehouse, Replenishment and Home Delivery teams, supported by a forward thinking management team, our job is to delight customers on every visit.
