The Healthy Posture Club (HPC), powered by the Healthy Posture System (patent pending) is a video-on-demand solution that treats the foundation of most musculoskeletal pain conditions. Most injuries that limit work productivity are preventable with improved posture at the onset of symptoms. We have mastered how to improve posture in 4 weeks without equipment and with only 4 telehealth coaching sessions.

Technology has us spending too much time in collapsed posture. Collapsed posture causes joint misalignments which serve as the foundation for most musculoskeletal pain conditions. In 2013 we stopped treating pain symptoms and applied reverse engineering to solve the problem.

The Healthy Posture System is a neutral spine based functional fitness conditioning program that combines 6 levels of neutral spine conditioning with proprietary joint clearing techniques to address the foundation of most musculoskeletal pain conditions which is faulty posture.

The HPC conditions you to perform your daily activities and fitness from your ideal posture, restoring healthy loading through the spine, hips and knees. You will be discharged with all the resources needed for long-term injury management and prevention. Those with an active injury will be referred to our telehealth platform, PT on Demand, to be medically guided through the program.

We are on a mission to prevent musculoskeletal injuries. The HPC can be started by anyone without an active injury to put themselves on a path for long-term injury prevention and healthy aging. Our video library can be distributed to any employer burdened by lost productivity or medical costs associated with overuse injuries and/or musculoskeletal pain.

Our Reseller Program allows any medical provider to add our VOD library to their scope of care to bridge any gaps between injury management and the functional fitness required for long-term injury prevention.
