We are a pregnancy and parenting outreach program in Winnipeg. We reach resilient families who want to learn about having and nurturing a healthy baby. We offer both drop-in group and one-on-one support from outreach workers, dietitians and public health nurses. We discuss practical and concrete topics and provide food demonstrations that are nutritious, low-cost and help people build cooking skills. We offer one group for newcomers to Canada and provide interpreters to translate information.
