The HealthyW8 project aims to improve the effectiveness of obesity prevention initiatives in Europe by developing a digital-based healthy lifestyle recommender system. It will tailor interventions to individual needs and preferences, considering diet, physical activity, and psycho-emotional aspects. The project will focus on pivotal stages in individuals' lives where the risk of obesity is high, such as primary schoolchildren, young adults, and the elderly.
