Simone Manso

Simone Manso has a diverse work experience with a focus on human resources and therapy development. Simone has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Head of Neurofibromatosis Therapy Development at Healx since December 2020. Before that, they also served as the Head of Neurofibromatosis Therapy Development at Healx from November 2019 to November 2020. Prior to Healx, Simone worked at Swiss Re as an HR Director from November 2019 to November 2020, and as an HR Director from April 2017 to October 2019. Simone also worked as an HR Director at Swiss Re - Corporate Solutions from December 2013 to March 2017. Simone's previous experience includes roles at Swiss Re as an HR Senior Project Manager from January 2012 to November 2013, at Actelion as a Training & Development Manager from January 2010 to December 2011, and at Irish Life & Permanent as an L&D Manager from October 2007 to December 2009, and as an HR Specialist from September 2006 to October 2007.

Simone Manso pursued their education with a focus on Human Resources Strategies. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Dublin City University, where they obtained an Executive Master's degree in this field. Prior to that, they had completed their Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at Università degli Studi di Cagliari, spanning from 1999 to 2005.
