Andy Miller (米乐) has a diverse work history in digital strategy, creative strategy, and account management. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Heaps Normal, an independent, non-alcoholic beer company. From 2019 to 2016, they were the Strategy Director and Outsourced CMO at Gorilla Jesus, a company that provides hands-on strategy, brand and marketing solutions for businesses who make the world a better place. From 2016 to 2013, they were the Head of Marketing at Young Henrys, where they managed a high-performing team of creatives and content & comms professionals and wrote and delivered the business's first marketing strategy. In 2013, they were the Strategy Lead at Pollen Digital, where they developed communications strategy for eBay Inc (Gumtree), HCF Insurance, Accolade Wines and UNSW. Also in 2013, they worked as a Freelance Creative and Digital Strategist. From 2012 to 2011, they were the Head of Digital Strategy East Asia (Deputy Comms Director) at Greenpeace, where they led a regional digital communications team of 14. From 2011 to 2010, they worked as an Account Director at OgilvyOne and Tribal DDB. At Tribal DDB, they were the Digital Strategy and Account lead for Absolut Vodka (Pernod Ricard). In 2011, they also worked as a Creative Strategy & Project Manager at enoVate. Finally, in 2010, they were an Account Director at BBDO Proximity.

Andy Miller (米乐) began their educational journey in 1999 when they enrolled at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Health Science and Health Services Management in 2003. 🧠 Andy then returned to QUT in 2004 and obtained a BA in Media & Communication (Advertising) in 2007.
