Amanda Doenges

Amanda started her career at HEAPY as an energy engineer right after graduating from the University of Dayton, and since then, has played an integral role in developing client relationships and providing strategic direction for the firm’s education market. Amanda is instrumental to the pursuit of HEAPY’s vision and mission while exemplifying the core values: real collaboration, real performance, and real inspiration. She plays an integral role in business development, strategic and master planning, project management and client satisfaction for all education clients.

Amanda works closely with the education clients to understand the latest trends and determine the best ways HEAPY can support the client’s missions. With her experience in energy management, and sustainability, and having worked at a private University, she is able to bring valuable insight to the clients to help bring their ideas to life. She is a licensed mechanical engineer with more than 13 years of experience, focused on driving increased energy efficiency, resiliency, and sustainability.
