Hear and Out is a speaking, consulting, and social platform that empowers people with hearing loss while bridging gaps with the hearing world. We advance representation of the d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing community in sports, media, and entertainment, and provide tools and support for individuals, families, educators, and organizations.

Through speaking engagements, consulting work, and digital content, we raise awareness about hearing loss, cochlear implants, and hearing aids; promote accessibility and inclusive communication; and inspire confidence.
