Paul Crusius

Paul Crusius is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and consulting. As the Managing Director and Founder of hear.com since September 2011 and Vom Fels GmbH since November 2009, Paul has demonstrated leadership in the healthcare and consulting sectors. Prior to these ventures, Paul served as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from March 2006 to June 2012, contributing valuable insights and strategies. Early career experiences include roles as a Summer Analyst at Merrill Lynch and DiamondCluster International, as well as a Summer Intern at Nike and Mundwerk AG. Paul holds a Dipl.-Kfm. (MSc.) in Business/Managerial Economics from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, completed between 2001 and 2005.
