Dwayne Matthews has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Technician at Heard & Smith, LLP since March 2006. Prior to this role, Dwayne worked as a Network Tech & Sales at Nowtel Telecommunication from January 2001 to September 2002. Dwayne's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Computer Networking from Trident Technical College, completed between 2000 and 2004, and further studies at Career Point College from 2006 to 2007.
