Liam Cole

Liam Cole is currently the Head of People Experience at Hearing Dogs For Deaf People and has been in this role since 2025. Previously, Liam served as Interim AD Learning, Organisational Development and Employee Engagement at Rethink Mental Illness, where successful team restructuring and the development of a new business partnering model were achieved. Liam also went on to work as an Interim HR/OD Consultant in the charity sector, leading significant diagnostic assessments and change initiatives amid financial constraints. Prior to these roles, Liam was the Director of People and OD at Together for Mental Wellbeing. In 2024, Liam held the position of interim Head of Employee Relations at the House of Commons.
