Jacqueline Deval serves as the VP and Publisher of Hearst Books & Hearst Specials at Hearst Magazines since October 1998, overseeing the publication of a wide array of lifestyle books associated with various Hearst brands. Alongside this role, Jacqueline has been a member of the HearstLab Scout Advisory Board since January 2016, where strategic guidance is provided to over 60 startups focused on innovation in media and technology. Jacqueline's earlier experience includes a role as VP and Associate Publisher at William Morrow/Hearst Book Group, where marketing and publicity departments were successfully revitalized, and as Associate Publisher at Villard Books under Random House. Jacqueline holds a BA in History from Yale University and is an alumnus of Hunter College High School.
