Lia Tavarez is an accomplished community manager currently working at HearstLab, where the focus is on supporting early-stage, women-led startups. In addition, Lia serves as the board president for Mundo Sostenible Consultores, advocating for clean energy projects in Latin America. Lia's past experience includes a role as program associate at Blue Ridge Labs @ Robin Hood, contributing to community engagement and virtual fellowship programs.
