Tom Pratt is a skilled Flight Sciences Engineer and Head of Flight Sciences at Heart Aerospace, with experience since January 2020. Prior to this, Tom was a PhD Candidate at the University of Sheffield from January 2016 to February 2020, leading the Project Phoenix initiative, which involved coordinating a team of 40 students to build a flying two-seater Pietenpol Air Camper for scientific testing. Tom's diverse experience includes work as a System Operator at Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd, a Bartender at Peppermint Bars & Events, and previous internships in aircraft production and maintenance at companies such as Solent Flight Limited and GE Aviation.
