Unified Communications Manager at Heart Technologies

Shane White has been working in the technology industry since 1996. Their career began as an IT Manager at CyberDesic, where they managed the IT Department, Help Desk, and oversaw the dial-up and ISDN business services for Internet connectivity. From 2000-2002, they worked as a self-employed Technology Consultant, providing technology solutions to American expatriates in Germany and Belgium. From 2002-2005, they were the IT Director at Catholic Charities of Peoria, IL, where they directed the Information Technology Department personnel and their daily operations. From 2005-2012, they were the Chief Logistics Officer at The Center for Youth and Family Solutions (formerly Catholic Charities), where they directed the overall organizational management of material, service, information, data, and capital for a comprehensive social service agency. From 2012-2015, they were a Senior Project Manager at OSF HealthCare, where they managed multiple Epic implementation projects of higher complexity. From 2015-2016, they were the Manager of Client Service at Bluetree Network, a network of the world's most talented Epic experts. Since 2017, they have been the Unified Communications Manager and Solutions Engineer at HEART Technologies, Inc., where they provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to support the business needs of customers and internal team members.

Shane White attended East Peoria High School before graduating from Bradley University in 2000 with a degree in Sociology, specializing in Social Informatics. In addition, Shane has obtained a number of certifications from various institutions, including RingCentral, Mitel, Avaya, and Poly. These include Admin Advanced: MVP, Avaya/RingCentral Certified Delivery Partner - ACO/RCO, Fax Advanced: MVP, Message Advanced: MVP, Phone Advanced: MVP, Video Advanced: MVP, Mitel MiVoice Business Sales Academy, Certified Contact Center Specialist, Avaya Midsize Solutions Sales Specialized, Certified Sales Professional (CSP), MiVoice Business Contact Center, and Poly Video Sales Expert.
