Heart Niagara is a registered non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to the to empowering the Niagara community to take control of their heart health. We are committed to increasing access to heart health education, resources, programming, and services in the Niagara's 12 municipalities.  

Last year, the organization saw over 20,000 community members through the following programs and services:

•	Community Preparedness: CPR, First Aid and AED training/placement.
•	Diagnostic Program:  Echocardiogram, Holter Monitors, Loop Monitors, Stress Testing
•	Healthy Heart Schools’ Program
•	HeartCORE
•	Investigator Initiated Research
•	Corporate Safety, Health and Wellness Programs

Heart Niagara is able to deliver cardiovascular services through special event fundraising, corporate sponsorship, foundation grants, and charitable donations. All funding stays within the Niagara's 12 municipalities to facilitate Heart Niagara Programming.
