Rick Leech has extensive experience in strategy and analytics, currently serving as Director of Strategy & Analytics at Heartbeat since February 2016, where prior roles included Associate Director and Senior Strategy Manager. Before joining Heartbeat, Rick was a Brand Analyst at BAV Consulting, focusing on branding and marketing analytics for a diverse client base. Additionally, Rick managed theatrical scenery construction as a Master Carpenter at New York University and contributed to research at the Family Translational Research Group at Manhattan VA Hospital. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University, completed in 2014.
