Most people think going vegan means giving things up. We're here to prove the opposite.

Born from sisterhood as the Vegan Girls Club in Amsterdam in 2023, Heartbeet started as a few women gathering around a dinner table - and became something much bigger. A thoughtfully curated, plant-powered community where living vegan feels inspiring, joyful, and deeply fulfilling.

Today we're a community & events platform built to support others on their vegan journeys: whether you've been vegan for years or just started asking questions, you'll find your people here.

We bring together 300+ members across Amsterdam: students, business leaders, chefs, activists, and creatives - all driven by animals liberation, sustainability, health, and a love of genuinely good food. Through curated dinners, skill-sharing sessions, and real human connection, we help each other grow - in confidence, in knowledge, and in impact.

Our mission is simple: make vegan lifestyle desirable and fulfilling. Because change spreads when it looks like something worth joining.
