Jonathan Healy

Jonathan Healy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jonathan started their career as an Economics Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins University in 2011. Jonathan then worked as a Legal Intern at Jerome Bivens, Esquire, where they conducted legal research, drafted legal memoranda, and assisted in client interviews and court proceedings.

In 2014, they served as a Legislative Intern for U.S. Representative Rush Holt, gaining experience in legislative processes. Jonathan then worked as a Legal Extern at the Orange County Public Defender's Office in 2015, further enhancing their legal knowledge.

Jonathan joined the Colorado State Public Defender's Office in 2016, initially as a Legal Intern/Student Attorney, and later as a Deputy Public Defender from 2018 to 2019. During this time, they represented clients in court and worked on various criminal defense cases.

In 2019, Jonathan transitioned to the tech industry and joined HeartCloud, Inc. as a Software Engineer. After a year, they left the company and worked at Hernandez & Associates, P.C. as an Associate Attorney, gaining further experience in the legal field.

In 2021, they returned to HeartCloud, Inc. as a Software Engineer and is currently working in that role. Furthermore, in 2021, they worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the Denver District Attorney's Office.

Jonathan Healy earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Environmental/Constitutional Law from the University of California, Irvine - School of Law. Jonathan attended this school from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy at The Johns Hopkins University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
