Hearten House is the largest embodied, experiential-focused outpatient mental health treatment center in North America and voted one of the top three mental health treatment centers in Utah. We specialize in trauma-focused treatment using embodied experiential, action, and expressive methods. We co-create transformative experiences with our therapy participants to ensure that each person has individualized care to resolve the impact of trauma and mental health symptoms so they can move forward in their lives. We address emotional, physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, and creative health. We provide individual, couples, family, group therapy, multi-day therapy intensives, and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Programs).
