Joseph Vasquez possesses extensive experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance within the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Regulatory Affairs Complaints Specialist at HeartFlow, Inc. since August 2017, Joseph evaluates product-related issues and conducts regulatory assessments. Previous positions include roles at AirXpanders, Inc. and Olympus Corporation of the Americas, focusing on customer complaint handling and regulatory oversight. Joseph has also worked extensively with Varian Medical Systems and Guidant Cardiac Surgery, developing expertise in medical device vigilance reporting, complaint handling, and adverse event reporting across global markets. Joseph holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Cañada College.
