Vikki P. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Vikki started their career at WATG as an HR Representative, where they implemented a new HRIS system. Vikki then moved on to Allergan as a Senior HR Coordinator, where they played a key role in implementing SAP changes for the Research & Development division. Vikki also worked as an HR Specialist at Avanir Pharmaceuticals before joining Fawn Hair Studio as a Co-Owner. Afterward, they held various HR roles at Allergan, including HR Shared Services Lead and Senior HR Coordinator, where they oversaw HR service reps, executed various HR projects, and managed employee data management. Vikki then worked at Urovant Sciences as a Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations before joining Sumitomo Pharma America as a Senior Manager of Learning and Organizational Development Operations. Currently, they hold the role of Director of HR Benefits & Operations at HeartFlow, Inc.
