Mario Joy is currently the VP of Customer Success at Hearth. Prior to joining Hearth, Mario held various positions including Senior Account Manager at OutboundEngine, Assistant Manager at Quick Weight Loss Centers, Business Manager at Eric Long & Associates by Dream Vacations, and Owner at Dessau Cleaners. Mario has also worked as a Project Manager at Redline Concrete LLC and as a Hostess at Bartlett's and Super Care Cleaners.

Mario Joy has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mario Joy reports to Misha Tsidulko, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Ben Sennet - VP, Sales, Nikhil Pai - Co-Founder, and Zak Allen - VP, Engineering.
