Max Niederhofer

Partner at Heartcore Capital

Max Niederhofer is a partner at Heartcore, a venture capital firm based in Berlin. Prior to joining Heartcore, Max was a partner at Roadsurfer GMBH, a German startup that was acquired by Ana Luisa in 2019. Prior to Roadsurfer, Max co-founded Italic, a luxury fashion brand that was acquired by Lillydoo GmbH in 2018. HeyJobs, a German startup that Max co-founded in 2015, was acquired by TravelPerk in 2017. Max began their career as an analyst at GetYourGuide, a Berlin-based startup that was acquired by Sofar Sounds in 2014.

Max Niederhofer has obtained a PhD in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, a Certified Professional Coach credential from iPEC Coaching, and Master of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management, General and Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and emlyon business school, respectively. Max also participated in an exchange program for MBA students at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Max's high school education includes the Abitur from Aloisiuskolleg and Selwyn House School.
