Michael Monaco

Michael Monaco has a robust work experience spanning over two decades. Michael started their career as a Staff Auditor at Deloitte in 2000 before moving on to various roles at Fieldstone Communities, where they served as a Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst, Manager of Finance, and Director of Finance. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as the Director of Finance at Integral Communities. Michael then joined Newport Private Group, where they served as a General Partner and Fund Manager until 2021. In 2021, they worked as a Finance & Accounting Consultant at DLC before assuming their current role as a VP-Investment Manager at Hearthstone in 2022.

Michael Monaco has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Corporate Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business.
