Michael McDow has extensive experience in technical and mechanical roles, currently serving as a Support Specialist Tier 1 at Heartland USA Computers since May 2018, specializing in repairing and programming computers. Prior to this position, Michael worked as an Advanced Repair Agent at Geek Squad for three years and held various mechanic roles at Thelen Sand & Gravel, Inc., F Smith Cartige, and Yamaha Cycle from 1984 to 2015. Michael's educational background includes an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Information Systems and an A+ Certified PC Support Specialists Certificate, both obtained from McHenry County College.
