Sonia H. is a Certified HeartMath Coach and Mentor at HeartMath LLC since May 2016, specializing in stress management and overall health through scientifically based techniques. Sonia has been an Internationally Certified Educator of Infant Massage and Sufi Spiritual Healer since March 2007 while serving as the Founder of OFFERINGS since November 2012, which facilitates the exchange of goods and services worldwide. Additionally, Sonia has a diverse career in the entertainment industry as a Commercial Model/Actor and TV/Radio Voice-Over artist with Shirley Hamilton Inc & Lily's Talent since May 2003, and previously founded and hosted AFRICA HI-FI from June 2004 to August 2009, promoting consciousness culture and music. Educationally, Sonia holds a Diploma in Spiritual Healing, Ministry & Sufi Studies from the University of Spiritual Healing & Sufism (2007-2009) and is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist with training from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy (1997-1999).
