Erik Jansson

Co-founder & Board member at Heartpace

Erik Jansson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erik started their career as an Analyst at Procter & Gamble in 1998 and worked there for two years. Erik then moved on to Mediatude AB, where they served as VP of Product Management and played a key role in the development of one of the first mobile advertising platforms. In 2002, Erik co-founded Globalmouth AB, a mobile development company, and served as CEO and later as COO. Erik successfully grew the company to become one of the leading mobile development companies in the Nordics and sold the business unit Marketing to Link Mobility in 2016.

In 2012, Erik co-founded Salepads, a tablet-based B2B sales application, where they served as CEO. Although the venture ultimately failed due to premature scaling, Erik gained valuable learnings from the experience. The same year, they also co-founded IT consultancy company GLOMO, which was successfully sold to CoreChange in 2016.

Erik's next role was at VEON (formerly Vimpelcom), where they led parts of the global digital transformation as part of the Digital Transformation Delivery team. Erik focused on the engagement platform and partnership integrations and reported to Top Global Management. After 18 months, Erik joined Properio Ventures AB as a Partner and Chairman. Erik co-founded the company and successfully founded and exited Syncro AB, a company now listed on Spotlight.

In 2018, Erik joined Telia, where they took on two different roles in the Digital Transformation division. First, as the Digital Transformation B2C Delivery Project Manager and Delivery Responsible, they led the B2C transformation for Telia Company for 23 months. Erik then transitioned to the role of Digital Transformation B2B Delivery, which they currently hold, and focuses on the digital transformation of Telia's B2B offerings.

Additionally, alongside their various roles, Erik has also been involved as a co-founder, investor, board member, and active advisor for Söderberg & Partner Heartpace AB, a market-leading online performance review and feedback tool. In 2018, Söderberg & Partners became an investor and strategic partner of Heartpace. Overall, Erik Jansson's work experience showcases their expertise in digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and leadership in the technology and telecommunications industry.

Erik Jansson completed their MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Chalmers University of Technology from 1994 to 1999. In 1996 and 1997, they pursued studies in Financial Theory at the University of Gothenburg. Additionally, in 1997, they took MBA courses at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
