AI can give you all the answers. Then what?

The organisations winning with AI aren't the ones with the biggest budgets or the best tools. They're the ones where people have genuinely changed how they think, where AI has shifted from something the technology team manages to something everyone uses well.

That's the work Heartshaped does.

We help organisations improve decision-making, communication and capability in the age of AI. Not through another tools rollout, but by raising the quality of thinking that shapes how AI actually gets used. Because the limiting factor in most organisations isn't access to AI. It's judgement.

We work three ways:

• Talks that shift how a room thinks, not just what it knows
• Workshops that turn a day of discussion into decisions people own
• Programmes that build lasting capability across teams and leaders

Underneath all of it sits the Heartshaped Method — Capture, Understand, Decide, Act, Measure — so the thinking becomes transferable rather than dependent on us being in the room. We bring AI into the room itself: to capture what people think, find the patterns, and turn conversation into action.
