Heartsprings Charitable Foundation is a women-led charitable organization dedicated to transforming lives through addiction recovery, mental health support, and compassionate community care.

Founded by Poonam Devi, Heartsprings was born from a deeply personal journey of resilience, compassion, and service.

After losing her husband—a police officer who passed away in the line of duty—Poonam Devi raised her family as a single mother while quietly dedicating years of her life to helping others in need. What began as informal support for struggling families, individuals battling addiction, and underserved communities gradually evolved into a larger calling: to build an institution rooted in dignity, healing, and second chances.

That vision became Heartsprings.

Today, Heartsprings operates residential rehabilitation and recovery center in Greater Noida, offering structured 6–8 month recovery programs designed to support long-term transformation—not temporary relief.

We believe recovery requires more than treatment. It requires compassion, structure, accountability, and community.

Our programs include:
• Medical Detox & Psychiatric Evaluation
• Individual & Group Counseling
• Family Therapy & Reintegration Support
• Yoga, Meditation & Wellness Practices
• Long-Term Aftercare Planning
