Raphael Hess began their career in 2011 as an intern at Biodel Inc. Raphael then worked as a Junior Consultant and Freelance Employee at IBIS Prof. Thome AG from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Working Student for Infrastructure Optimization & Consolidation at SAP. From 2020 to 2021, they held the positions of Blockchain Lead and CTO at Amazing Blocks. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and Blockchain Lead at heartstocks.
Raphael Hess pursued their education starting in 2010 at Kent School, where they completed a high school year abroad in Connecticut, USA. Raphael then attended The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik. Following this, from 2017 to 2020, they attended the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Master in Management. As part of their Master's program, they also attended the Estonian Business School for an Erasmus Exchange Semester in 2019.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Raphael Hess has acquired certifications in the field. Raphael obtained a SAP FastTrack Program Certificate from SAP in the year 2019. In 2018, they also completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP.
