Mark Turner

Mark Turner is the President & CEO at HeatGen. Mark has also previously served as the President at Bona Dea and as the Owner/Founder at Restaurant Freedom.

Mark Turner has over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Mark began their career in 2009 when they founded Restaurant Freedom, a management services company for restaurants and bars. Mark conceptualized and built the company from the ground up, establishing all business structure and vision. Mark oversaw all restaurant operations and marketing of owned concepts, and was responsible for the full P&L of all owned concepts and the Restaurant Freedom business.

In 2014, Mark left Restaurant Freedom to become the President at Bona Dea, a CPG company in the gluten free space. At Bona Dea, Mark was responsible for finalizing the overall building blocks of the company, setting the strategic direction, scaling the company's sales growth, and accelerating the building of Bona Dea's brand in the marketplace.

In their current role as President & CEO at HeatGen, Mark is responsible for leading the company and its team to success. Under their leadership, HeatGen has become a leading manufacturer of heat exchangers and boilers.

Mark Turner received a BS in Marketing from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Mark then went on to receive their MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
