John Duncan

John Duncan is an accomplished academic and executive leader with extensive experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Professor in the Faculty of Business at Durham College since December 2022, John specializes in Organizational Behaviour for HR Professionals. As Managing Director of Heathview Consulting Ltd since February 2014, John focuses on executive coaching and strategic performance management, holding certifications from the Global Coach Group and Marshall Goldsmith SCC. Additional roles include Council Member at GLG, advisory positions with GP Strategies Corporation and Equinoxe LifeCare, and prior leadership roles at Royal Mail and Canada Post. John holds multiple degrees and certifications, including an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
