Roberto de Leon

Roberto De Leon is a seasoned growth leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Growth at HeavyConnect since May 2025, Roberto previously held the position of VP of Growth and Head of Customer Success at Ganaz, Inc. from August 2021 to April 2025. A former strategic account manager at Mindbody from December 2018 to July 2021, Roberto successfully managed an extensive customer portfolio while focusing on revenue growth through effective upselling strategies. Roberto also has entrepreneurial experience as the Managing Partner and CEO of Projekt Action Sports Group, which achieved profitability within two years, and served as COO at BioSeal Systems, where operations expanded internationally. Earlier, Roberto founded and led Sistemas de Información, a market research and marketing consulting firm in Mexico, achieving rapid profitability. Roberto holds an MBA from EGADE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from ITESM.
