Darius Verseckas

Darius Verseckas is a seasoned professional in communications and technology with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chief Marketing Officer at HeavyFinance since June 2020, Darius co-founded the company and has significantly contributed to its marketing strategies. Prior to this, Darius worked as a Communications Consultant, creating PR strategies for tech startups, and co-authored a book in collaboration with leading professors in Lithuania. Darius held the position of Technology Editor at Verslo žinios, where a new strategy for the Technology Section was implemented, and was the first journalist in Lithuania to consistently cover technology startups. Previous roles include Senior Specialist at the Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and Public Relations Specialist at Vilnius University. Darius holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Practice from Lancaster University and a Bachelor's in Journalism from Vilnius University.
