HeavySet: Revolutionizing Lead Capture and Appointment Scheduling

In the competitive home services industry, missed calls or delayed follow-ups can lead to lost sales. Companies spend heavily on ads to attract leads, but what happens when those leads come in outside regular business hours? Traditional follow-up methods are slow, and by the time a rep calls back, the lead has often gone cold. Enter HeavySet, a SaaS tool transforming how businesses capture leads, schedule appointments, and close deals faster.

The Problem: Missed Opportunities After-Hours

Running ads at night is cheaper, but reaching those leads the next day is inefficient. Leads who engage with ads after-hours often lose interest by morning. Businesses need a way to engage and book these leads instantly, turning clicks into appointments in real time.

The Solution: 24/7 Lead Engagement

HeavySet captures leads immediately and allows them to schedule appointments using CRM-integrated availability. Acting like a 24/7 virtual assistant, it ensures no lead gets missed. HeavySet also re-engages existing leads with AI-driven SMS campaigns, prompting them to book via text message. Whether targeting new or old leads, the software automates the entire process.

Results That Matter

HeavySet has delivered remarkable results: businesses saw a 33% reduction in appointment cancellations, a 20.7% higher average sale price, and a 24.8% drop in cancellations due to the right of rescission. Overall, close rates increased by 13%, significantly boosting efficiency and revenue.

Why HeavySet Stands Out

HeavySet’s dashboard tracks and tallies results from every SMS campaign, allowing businesses to see replies, appointments set, and overall performance in real-time. This level of transparency sets a new standard in lead engagement and campaign success.

HeavySet isn’t just a scheduling tool; it’s redefining how home services businesses operate, ensuring no lead is left behind and appointments are set 24/7.
