Zahid Syed

Muhammad Zahid Khan is a Project Engineer at ILF Consulting Engineers since August 2020, specializing in construction management for the Semmering Base Tunnel project in Styria. Previously, Muhammad conducted research on thermal insulation materials for geotechnical applications during a master's thesis at PORR Group from March to August 2019. Muhammad gained practical experience as an intern at National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (NESPAK) in early 2017, assisting in the supervision of various governmental developmental projects, including road construction and retaining walls. Additionally, Muhammad contributed to research on green buildings as a research assistant at the Directorate of Science and Technology in KPK from June 2015 to October 2016. Muhammad holds a Master's degree in Geotechnical and Hydraulics Engineering from Technische Universität Graz (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar (2012-2016).
