Mike Wall is currently the GM National Projects-Operations at HEB Construction, a position held since 2025. Previously, Mike served as a Project Director and Alliance Project Manager at Fletcher Construction from 2023 to 2025. With a background in engineering, Mike worked as a Section Engineer at AMEC from 2002 to 2006 and as a Site Engineer at Costain Group PLC from 2000 to 2001. Mike's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Construction Manager at Fletcher Construction Engineering from 2006 to 2017. They hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Business from the University of Auckland, earned in 2011, as well as both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Civil and Coastal Engineering from the University of Plymouth, completed in 1999.
