Simon Gard is a Chartered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering. They served as a Civil Contracts Manager at Smithbridge Guam Inc from 2000 to 2006 and currently hold the position of National Manager Structures at HEB Construction since 2006. Prior to that, Simon was a Project Manager at Smithbridge NZ Ltd from 1999 to 2000. Simon earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from the University of Auckland, completing their degree in 1997.
