Chad Martin

Chad Martin has a diverse range of work experience in the drafting and CAD field. Chad started their career in 1999 as a Lead Drafter/Designer at Oklahoma Vista Fire Sprinklers, where they designed fire suppression sprinkler systems for commercial buildings. In 2001, they joined Harris Corporation as a Senior Drafter/ AutoCAD Administrator, where they worked on projects for the US Postal Service and developed processes and specifications for converting DWG files. Chad also developed LISP routines and scripts to automate development processes. In 2010, Chad worked as a Lead Drafter (Contractor) at KDM Consulting, where they converted ISODraw drawings to AutoCAD format and developed complex layering standards for interactive wiring diagram applications. Chad also developed LISP routines to automate the conversion process. From 2014 to 2015, Chad worked at Ordermatic / NueQ as a Research & Development - Lead Drafter, where they designed new products and improved existing ones. Chad created engineering drawings and developed renderings and animations for concepts and prototypes. In 2014, they joined HEBCO, Inc. and held various positions, including Technical Data Analyst (Mechanical/Electrical Drafter), Sr. Drafting/CAD Analyst, and currently as Program Manager.

Chad Martin attended Mid-America Technology Center from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Drafting & Design Certification in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician.
