Jim Abel

Jim Abel has a strong background in program and project management, quality assurance, and safety. Jim was a QA/Safety Manager and ISO Coordinator at HEBCO, INC. from May 2014 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Software Maintenance - Technical Writer at the same company from September 2013 to May 2014. Jim also worked at SAIC as a Program/Project Manager and Quality Manager from October 2001 to May 2013, where they were responsible for various engineering projects and task orders in support of Government programs. Jim was also involved in QA process development and improvement, as well as ISO auditing for quality and information management systems. Before that, Jim was a Regional Program Development Manager at NTS from September 1996 to September 2001. In that role, they developed marketing opportunities in the military/aerospace, commercial aerospace, commercial electronics, and commercial telecommunications industries. Jim also served as a Program Manager and Project Engineer for various programs, providing technical and engineering support in the aerospace and telecommunications fields.

Jim Abel has completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the College of Business.
