Aleksandra Kosior

Aleksandra Kosior is a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Hebe, with extensive experience in product ownership of customer-centric digital products such as Customer Service Software (CRM) and chatbot. Aleksandra has a background in product management in eCommerce, leading cross-functional teams and crafting product strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Prior to their current role, Aleksandra held various positions at Orange Polska and gained international experience at Orange France. Aleksandra is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Warsaw University of Technology Business School, with certifications from MIT Sloan Executive Education and other educational institutions.
