Dorian Westphal

Dorian Westphal is a Regional Manager with extensive experience in operations and sales management. Dorian began their career at Real sp. z o.o., where they held several roles including Cashier Assistant and Checkout Supervision Employee. They then progressed to roles at Tesco and Lidl Polska, ultimately serving as Regional Sales Operations Manager. Currently, Dorian is the Regional Manager at Hebe, overseeing multiple stores and focusing on financial goals, customer service excellence, and employee development. Dorian is also pursuing a Master's degree in Law at Uniwersytet Wrocławski.
