We believe in cross-disciplinary collaboration and the power of fresh perspectives. Our culture values evidence over ego, transparency over assumption, and results driven by data and purpose. “Show me your work” is more than a saying; it’s how we operate, ensuring every decision is informed, intentional, and aligned with our mission.

After acquiring, optimizing, and upgrading our acreage positions, we prioritize operational efficiency through strategic, high-impact infrastructure investments that drive sustainable cost reduction. Whether it’s developing water recycling facilities, partnering on an in-basin sand mine, or creating proprietary software solutions, we invest where innovation enhances efficiency and strengthens our competitive edge. Our focus is simple: deploy capital intelligently to build durable cost advantages and long-term value for our investors.

As a guiding principle, we treat our investors, service providers, consultants and employees as teammates. We win together when we grow the pie, and we can move mountains with alignment and incentives.
